This notice explains what information The Tutor Tables Group collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a consult, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, the learner’s grade band, the program you’re interested in, your location preference, and any message. We do not ask for a child’s name, diagnosis, or school records through this website, and we ask that you not send them here.

This website is intended for parents, guardians, and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website (see the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule, 16 CFR Part 312).

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, schedule a consult, and provide services you ask for. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

How long we keep it

Consult requests that don’t become enrollments are deleted after 24 months.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing thetutortablesgroup@tutorstables.com. New Jersey and New York residents may have additional rights under state law.
